The Compensation Plan
There are five ways to earn in this MLM. First, one can earn by buying and selling prepaid products with a profit of 10% - 24%. Also, the 20 Technouser cards can be sold at 250 pesos each thus generating an income of 5000 pesos. Next is through retailer card override. One can earn 1%-2% from retailers’ or techno users’ sales on load. Another one is through Direct Sales Incentive. One will earn 500 pesos if he can refer one person to become a distributor. Referral is unlimited. And finally is through a binary system in which one can earn 500 pesos per pair in the left and the right sales group.

As a V-mobile distributor, one must learn to market two important things: yourself and your business opportunity. One should learn the marketing skills in order to generate leads which results to massive income.
People join people. That is why in order a distributor to attract prospects to join in their MLM, they must see him as a leader, an expert who can solve their problems. One must give value to the people in order to create a lasting relationship with them. A person is well motivated to work if he looked at his upline as an inspiration, who care for him and give value to what he is doing.

Summing up, V-mobile is a highly-credible and solid company in the Philippines. They got a very essential, simple yet very powerful and easy to market product. First, take time to find a sponsor who will give you can offer value and has experienced success. Second, you have to acquire the marketing skills on how to market and also the skills needed to generate 30 or more leads each day(which can be taught to you by me and my team). Without leads, one cannot say how great V-mobile is because leads are the name of the game. However, if you can generate 30 or more quality leads each day, then people will always look at you as a leader and they will be more eager to join in your opportunity.
I wrote this V-Mobile review for people looking into the company. Sadly, most V-Mobile reps will never see the success they desire because they lack the marketing skills. Success with your business requires a working knowledge of personal branding and lead generation.
